We are so proud to host a seminar with legendary martial artist Bill “Superfoot” Wallace. Superfoot is the former middleweight champion in kickboxing having retired with a 23-0 record. Hanshi Wallace is known worldwide as the most prolific kicker in martial arts history, his kicking ability is rivaled by no one.

Shorei Goju Ryu karateka know him as one of Hanshi Herb Johnson's instructors, who also promoted him to Sho Dan in 1974, along with Elvis Presley and Ed Parker.

Bill Wallace has also been active in the film industry. His credits include A Force of One with Chuck Norris; Kill Point, with Cameron Mitchell; Continental Divide and Neighbors with John Belushi; The Protector with Jackie Chan; A Prayer for the Dying with Mickey Rourke; Ninja Turf; and A Sword of Heaven, among others. Mr. Wallace has close to twenty films under his “black belt” and continues to be involved in the entertainment industry.

Hanshi Wallace will be teaching two seminars on Saturday, September 24th ~ one for kids, and the other for adults. He will be teaching on flexibility, combinations, footwork, kicking speed, and boxing.

  • Youth seminar (8 - 12 years old) - 10:00-11:30

    • (Door’s open for youth seminar at 9:30am)

      • Early Registration for youth seminar - $25.

  • Adult seminar (13 and up) - 1:00-4:00

    • (Door’s open for adult seminar at 12:30pm)

Lebanon Martial Arts Academy is a 3,000 square foot facility with 3 training areas. Equipped with locker rooms, weight equipment, climbing wall, water dispensing cooler and refrigerator for those bringing their lunch.

  • Wee Warrior New Student Orientation and Information Session will be held on Friday, November 22nd at 5:30 PM (Class A).

  • Returning students that have been told they are in Class B will begin November 22nd at 6:30 PM.

  • Every Wednesday & Friday

  • Class Orientation will be held on November 22nd at 5:30 PM for New Students

  • Class A- 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

  • Class B- 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

  • Fee - $75 for the Session

  • Graduation will be held on January 17th starting at 6 PM for both classes.

  • No Classes on Thanksgiving Weekend November 29th, Christmas December 25th and New Years Day January 1st.

Wee Warriors Program introduces Children ages 5 to 8 to the Adventures of Karate. Visit our calendar for the next upcoming classes.

Our program will teach your child the foundations for learning martial arts while imparting life skills and improved body awareness. Children learn etiquette and respect from being part of our martial arts school, which prepares them for learning in a classroom environment.

Wee Warriors learn how to listen attentively through positive reinforcement, and they learn to distinguish when to be silly and playful from when they should be settled and engaged. These skills are very important for easing the transition into grade school.

Games and drills, taught in a supportive environment, keep children delighted and interested as they learn new skills. Embedded in the fun activities are exercises that strengthen their bodies, as well as develop their balance, coordination and body-awareness.

Discipline is presented with warm, positive reinforcement to support curiosity and confidence. Class sizes are extremely limited to insure all children get the support and instruction that they need.Additionally, children learn how martial arts is a treasure to be enjoyed in the proper context. Punching and kicking people just for fun is taught as not okay. Pets and younger siblings can breathe easier!

Every Wee Warrior’s journey at Lebanon Martial Arts Academy begins with a free class. This gives your child the chance to experience the class for themselves and it gives you the chance to evaluate our program for yourself as well as chat with other parents to get their impressions.

Because of our small teacher-to-student ratios, classes fill up fast and stay full!

Class A or Class B. Both classes are taught on Wednesdays and Fridays over a 6 week session. Class A is from 5:30pm-6:30pm and Class B is from 6:30pm-7:30pm.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for each class. Have your child wear loose fitting clothing. Should you wish to purchase a Karate uniform (Gi) please see Mrs. Marsh for more details.

The "WEE WARRIORS" Karate Prep Program introduces Children ages 4 to 8 years to the Adventures of Martial Arts.......

We have 2 class levels, both are on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 545p-630p for class A and 6:35p - 7:20p for class B, please arrive at least 5 minutes early for each class.
